Feedback on Canon Camcorder

Hi,
Just wanted to check if anyone has feedback on Canon Camcorders such as FS 306, FS36, FS200 (all flash memory based)? Hoping for a reasonable quality camcorder for holiday travel. Thanks.

IMHO, better go with Panasonic TZ7/8. You'll get better quality videos out of these P&S then the FS range. Cheaper too!

Please do not get these standard def camcorders. You will regret! Get a point&shoot camera with 720p high def video rec if you're on a budget.

Thanks guys, but for a long holiday and to record up to 4-5 hours, I may need loads of memory cards if I use a HD cam.....in this case, may have to settle for a HD camcorder....
