Yeah I was thinking I should have got the 1670 but my wife suggested that the kit lens is already a 1650 so I can use that if I need wider shot. So far I honestly gave got no complains on the 2470 on my a6k...I actually like it but I understand the full fram issue

Well, you don't actually get any benefit from the FE2470 on the a6k vs the 1670.
They both are F4, both have OSS and both end at 70mm.
You actually lose the 16-23mm range.
In terms of sharpness, i don't think the 2470 is better than the 1670..it was just made to fit a FF sensor that's all.
The 1670 is also smaller and lighter.
Well, in the event you do upgrade to a FF..at least you have the lens
