If Kingfisher need fruits, it can do the same as smashing the fish before swallow.

Fish is alive wo! If don't smash live fish & it swallow it & fly away with the fish wiggling inside the stomach, the kf might not have a good flight...........fruit harder to smash & can bounce away..........:bsmilie:
