does it come in black colour at MS photo or the PC show?

looks good, but only complain is that it is not wide enough...

why cant we have 28mm wide, f/2.8 max aperture, Av & Tv priority, & Manual mode on a PnS?:dunno::think::sweat:

Have you considered the LX3? :D

Doesn't seem to have good high ISO performance like the F100fd but it's definitely better than LX2.

My suggestion was purely based on engrmariano's requirement. The F100fd doesn't qualify at all as it does not have what he asked for: namely f/2.8 max aperture, Av & Tv priority, & Manual mode!

As for High ISO performance, I think they are quite close and the LX3 has a faster lens. I have seen 100% crop samples of the F100fd and from ISO800 onwards there is noticeable noise as well. Neither can be compared to DSLR but they are both very good compact cameras :)

Hmm... I missed out on the f/2.8 but the F100fd is a close f/3.3, half stop down. Yes, in that case the LX3 might be better at 24/2.0. That's a bit wider than the F100fd. Having used the LX2, however, doesn't give me a great impression but I guess the LX3 should be a better machine. I've yet to find out but initial samples shows that ISO for ISO it seems noisier than the F100fd, but, yeah, I missed out that the lens is a stop faster, so that should buy back one stop of ISO. Just don't quite like the way the image is rendered, there are some visible patterns which I don't know if they are JPEG artifacts or the NR.

anyone using it here? seems this model is not that popular...

LX3 or F60D in terms of low light performance and pic quality?
