Okay. Great minds think alike. Here is one taken handheld at ISO1600 using F31fd. I am not saying it is clean, since this is a compact anyway. But, it looks cleaner than other compacts. I have yet to see a pic taken handheld using F200EXR at ISO1600. I am very keen to see it.

noise and grains are ok. as long as no details lost. it be nice to use it as a benchmar against the newer models

from what i have seen so far, the f30/f31 doesn't really lose out much to f200exr.

I love my F31fd, I brought it along during my Europe honeymoon and it didnt failed me.
Though I've recently bought a Nikon D300, but I'm still using my F31fd on occasions when I don't feel like bringing my bulky dslr & lenses around.

I took these 3 photos on my Fuji F31fd. If I am able to get a new F31fd again, I'd buy it as a spare backup. My F31fd is already more than 3yrs old, but it's still working for me

Thanks! The flowers were taken at ISO800 (late evening, light was rather low), as well as the one at 12 apostles also at 800. The rest were at 100 i think.

Yeah they were PSed, not trying to hide that fact. didnt know must post non-PSed pics. Will repost the originals another day!
