Michael there's got to be something better than double stick tape.
I have a little Heliopan 28mm UV filter that I've been experimenting with. If I turn the threadside of the filter outward the metal lip of the filter just slides around the barrel of the F30 lens. It won't protect anything but it's easy to shoot with.
The best results for cutting haze seems to be a combination of a UV filter and a Moose filter but manually holding it up in front of the lens every time I want to get a shot is a real pain . Somebody on one of the threads was trying to get CKPower to produce a filter attachment for the F30. I should check and see if they are still working on it.
Can you post some photos of your filter set up?
