Indoors I use; PARTY or natural light + flash
Ourdoors ; NIGHT (U may need a tripod)

play around what suits you best

oh, i tot fujifilm cams r good for high ISO with low noise and able to take night scenes with camera handheld(without a tripod) by using some settings like manual mode, no flash and high ISO set.
Hope anyone can share their such settings with me or correct me if i m wrong, thanks ? :dunno:

It does have great low light, if you want to capture the real mood w/o flash then use tripod. Even if you set to ISO1600, the shutter may be too slow and you can get blur image from movement from subject or hand shaking (U'll need tripod for this).

Manual mode goes up to ISO1600, during indoor U still may want to use flash to freeze the image or prevent hand shake. Switching on the anti blur turns on the flash.

Play around with the diff modes to see what works best 4 U ;)

dear dudes here, i need some advice. If i am shooting a indoor fashion show, which of the follow settings below will b better? Or would if be great if any of you can suggest a better setting?

1) blur mode with no flash,

2) manual mode with Auto ISO 1600 and no flash

I tried using blur mode with flash and the shooting results were slow and blurry,me desperate for advice pls :dunno:
