Are you guys wondering how the singapore F1 marshal overalls will look like? Here's how the m'sian F1 marshals in sepang look like...swee bo?:bsmilie:
we'd probably looked the same. we are getting the orange overalls too.
and i think there're a bunch of marshals out there doing nothing. you just need two marshals at most to handle a beached car.
but hey, it's malaysia... everything also Boleh lah...
yah man, totally agree with you...you actually need only 2 'zai' persons to hook up a beached car.
The problem with the singapore marshals is that they never see 'da chang mian' before...KNN all machiam wussy...very softie type, never do 'chor kang' before, you see the way they all swarm around to do a simple hook up of the beached car during the practical last sunday you know liao...:bsmilie:
I tell you lah...on race day sure 'kalang kabo' one...actually, so many people come out to do a simple hook up job is very dangerous, the correct way is to quickly hook the bar and signal the manitou to hoist, that's all, there is no need for so many wussies to touch and molest the car during the hoist. It's a rough and quick job, no need to be so gentle one...

Ignore the helicopters...important thing is to look carefully at extreme right of photo...notice the track marshals got GOOD WELFARE???!!! Helloo! SingaporeGP...you all got think of such things bo???!
but i think the lone marshal across the track is a bit du-lan coz he don't get to enjoy such good welfare... :bsmilie:

weren't you told not to rely on car numbers?
need to report based on car colour and whether it's the primary or secondary car by the colour-coded video cam above the driver.
if all fails... just report as such:
1. silver car #1 overtaking red car #2 under yellow flag sector 22.3
2. silver car #1 unsportsmanship behaviour sector 1.5
3. silver car #1 stalled sector 15.3 (hooray!!!)

Don't 'xiao kan' this kind of $2 toy binoculars ok...they are very useful! Magnification is AT LEAST 3X, good enough for the job :thumbsup:

Reporting by car colour and whether is first or second car should suffice if you cannot see car number. Actually race control can pick out the sector via CCTV.
Important thing is to take good care of the track marshals, for example......"Sector 18 to race control....debris on track at race line, request for big gap, my track marshals all failed their IPPT shuttle run!!!!" :bsmilie::cheergal:
