OK...nothing much you can do about a viral flu, unless you really kill the host.

All you can do is ensure that it's not one of those killer strains, and get tons of rest and fluids. Prescriptions etc may depend on your doctor's findings, but the usual supressants can be taken if you do not have any allergies. Contrary to popular belief, some OTC symptomatic treatments may pose a danger to people with certain alergies or history of respiratory or cardiac problems.

Bottom line? Go see a GOOD and concerned doctor.

So much construction going on everywhere! SOOOO ugly!

Then the dust and the crowds ... and the decor ... like want to celebrate Christmas also cut back ... and if you look carefully, Orchard has so many old, dreary buildings ... like old folks home liao (not that I have anything against old folks).

And if you look at people's faces ... they look so tired and empty.
