Sharing this photo taken more than 3 years ago at Cario.

Very small kitten, around my palm size.

This kitten looks very mature for a palm-sized kitten...
How come so serious looking also... dun look like a kitten... not about size... dun have the kitten look...

When I attended a talk on this part of Africa (somewhere around Timbuktu), the presenter said they eat cats there and he showed us photos of cat skins hanging on lines outside their houses...

No lah, Most Egyptian love cat, and many of them have cats as pets.

I guess most cats in places like that are employed to perform their 'natural' duties like mousing and pest control. In farming communities etc, they 'rule' storage areas and so on eliminating pests. In that respect, they are held in high regard in places like that. The Egyptians even believed they either had god-like powers, or had direct connection to the gods, and were revered.
