this is a really nice song...
i'm covering a wedding today, but i don't feel any joy at all. i just feel... empty. like there isn't a reason for all that i've done. heading to the dinner later, hopefully somethings changes before that, its really difficult to capture the mood when i'm feeling the polar opposite of what the bride and groom feel. but whatever the case may be, i still have to deliver.
EDIT: I think my above paragraph is a little confusing. I guess one way to say it is that i'm afflicted with a strong sense of ennui. Or that I'm disillusioned with all the effort i put in, only to have to do it all over again a few days later.
