Would LOVE to try what goot Popeye's chix tastes like.

The one I had at the Flyer was a bit overdone, and had SEVERAL TONS of salt in EVERYTHING they served!
I miss the southern deep fried chicken from that place that had 'Mojos' as well as this one-store joint at Bt Timah Plaza called Waffel Town.

They are okay I guess...the technology on making CF parts are pretty much the norm. Easton made their name actually on using innovative aluminium.... it was then superceded by Scandium if I got the name correct which is strong and can take more wear and tearing from all the hammer off road. But CF is good too but if they get knocked...they will break in the worst way then easton aluminium

Yeah, I know about their fame in dunno-what-process called alum. Also what Doug Easton did to catapult the sale of alum in the US and made his fortunes! :bsmilie:

Yeah ... I heard one mod constantly say the outlet at City Plaza in Gayland was the best.

I dunno man. If what I had at the Flyer was anything to go by, I scare try any Popeye liao.

Ya well..it is really still marginally better...people want their lightest weight stuff so in the end they went CF too just like all the other big part manufacturer. Go where the market is.. but really the tech from Alu to CF the weigth saving is not much and depend on how thin it gets..so it is a balance between durability and weight....and yes..the cool factor. no end lah.... no end to changing parts to upgrade.
