Colors still out? I shot in standard jpeg with minimal vibrancy n saturation done leh..

It's look fine on my monitor to match wad I seen the actual ting..

Faint .. Dunoe why still out.. :(

Hazarding a guess here, but i think the lichen should be less bright... more of a pastel green...

Very easy, Just like at the colours of the Lichen and tree barks, and correct accordingly.

Like zac had mentioned, lichen is mostly pastel colours.

So the lichen spider have to be similar colour to have this name and to camo itself.

But if u are there, u will know wad I m saying is the truth..

The color I posted is really very close to the actual thing..

The color of that spidey is quite vibrant :)

Tks Mike.. Nw need to confirm if it's a Lichen.. I use tat name becos it matches closely to wad I found in google images in looks bt nt color :)

It is confirm lichen huntman, of course some are slightly more vibrant in colours especially during mating season, but not that warm and saturated.

Many time, Nikon will give warm colours.....

cooling filter 25%, saturation -20%

It is confirm lichen huntman, of course some are slight more vibrant in colours especially during mating season, but not that warm and saturated.

Many time, Nikon will give warm colours.....

Tink next time shoot raw n tone down to it's supposed to be color bah :sweat:

Faintz.....if you look at other tell-tale sign, there are no bright red tree bark and neon green lichen in Singapore.....:)

Even you shoot in RAW, you also need to correct the WB and reset all parameter like vibrate back to zero..... then slowly build it back. Remember that flash sometime will make the image warm.

But most important is that you must be happy with your image. ;)

Maybe the female lichen sees Numnumball hence it exhibits vibrant colours to attract him. :bsmilie:
