That shot he took in hi landscape stream was taken ard 6-7pm.
Sunrise should be fine also cos the sun will be to the left of the bridge.
Maybe can try on the other side of the bridge cos the bridge is now open for crossing.
A peice of advice from him.. better go there fully protected. Long sleeve long pants.. That place is a killer for mozzies..

left of bridge is definitely more challenging from that viewpoint, because it is going to have DR problems if the sun is in the picture. with such a structure, hard to use gnd, use hdr or exposure blending also very sianz

maybe sunday sunset?
