bryan, i print screen the process for the basic IR conversion for the file... hope this helps.

open raw file in ACR

adjust exposure, then use the WB eyedrop to drop on part that should be white. but there is a limit in the ACR colour temperature so it won't turn completely white. should look something like this

then go auto colour you will get something like this

then next is the channel swap... 1st the red channel, change the RED from 100-0 and the BLUE from 0-100. you will get something like this...

then next is the blue channel, change the RED from 0-100 and BLUE from 100-0 and you will get something like this...

these are the basic steps for converting the raw file and channel swap. after this usually i play around with nik software Colour Efex to tweak the colours, contrast. then if the colour not consistent i use Viveza to selectively adjust the colour... quite tedious if you want to get it right... easier way is as Master Sion and NM suggested, can desaturate the area you want the leaves white by masking... hope this helps
