Thanks once again John!
What the best way to get there, and how much would a typical day trip, and an overnight trip cost?

It is actually my friend's hometown. Just have to take a bumboat from Changi Point and it is about an hour. For trip wise I think it depends on what you want. Most people go there for food. The town has hotels and it it pretty cheap too. I went there mostly to buy mango. Anyway this is some shoots I took when I attended my friend's wedding.

I did a few mountain bike trip over there. Like you took a bum boat ride from Changi Point loading up to 3 bumboats of bikes and people to get there. Awesome trips riding through the village and beach line. If you have no transport once you get there...it would be a bit hard walking about especially a big group unless you book transport to get you guys around and can book a kampong house or something to stay over night.
It should be abit better these day. I was there like 7 yrs ago. But I know there are cyclists who still makes 2 day trips there today.

Shouldn't be a problem since this is the hometown of my friend. Can get his help because the last time when I tried to organise for another forum, no many want to join. Maybe a small group can go and then decide. Anyway the last time we went on Sat morning and back by Sun noon to avoid last min crowds.
