Canon showroom is just within my area limits, so I did managed to man-handled both sets... :bsmilie: While I'm no longer tempted by PnS, due to being completely hooked by DSLRs, I have to admit that a small and capable PnS (which shoots RAW, exhibits manual capabilities, and a f/2.0 aperture lens) such as the S95 is a cool TOY to have!

for me, i realise that i don't use P&S anymore even if i have it.

it's not that the P&S is not good, just that so much easier to use phone when don't have dslr.. instead of still bringing a P&S around. otherwise i would rather use dslr.

Tat's the problem, you see... my phone camera is a lousy one, so I gave up on it. Then my DSLR is a lil too bulky and heavy for me these days... :sweat:

Getting tired of lugging it around when I may not even snap a single shot the whole day. :sweat:

So now looking at this for the low light and also portability. Can bring for fishing and almost anything else...

just now walked past a canon shop, play with the s95 a little... the pop up flash open and close electronically one:bigeyes:, not the conventional 'pop' up and have to press down to close...:bsmilie: so fun... i damn sua gu...the camera surprisingly compact and feature packed...
