oic.

i think women's street got nothing much to see at 2pm.
I'm not sure cos I've only visited it once in at night.
For temple street, just be aware that nearer to the fortune telling stations, you will see adult toys pasar malam. (but it's interesting to see the stuff out in the open :embrass:).

enjoy your trip.
It's cheap to travel on public transport in Hong Kong. Buses, Ferries and MTR all use the octopus card and you can topup at MTR stations.

Food recommendation:
There is a famous "cheesy sauce" noodle shop in the building next to The Mira Hong Kong hotel (Tsim Sha Tsui station). There are many camera shops there and you have to walk in to find the shop. Hope you have a chance to try the noodle.

ohai I'm home!
I got very badly sunburnt.
I was fair skinned and now most of my body that was exposed to the sun
is an angry dark red.
Like Leong's tan color now.
SO PAINFUL.
Cannot stretch my body at all :<

Just go to the reputable shop, lenses used to be 15-20% cheaper than singapore without bargaining and with international warranty.

man shing also ok.

okie thanks! i saved the address off the net alr =)

if you look at hk price lists (for lenses), sometimes they have shop name listed

just remember the quote, and if it is not too out of the way, can try your luck. :)

yesterday night i was taking a quick look, i think singapore is getting more and more attractive pricing by the day, actually. only for CERTAIN lenses and dslr models then it is worth it in hong kong.

also, if you are using credit card, be very careful, some shops will try to charge you their shop rate for exchange, i.e. convert to SGD and charge to your card. make sure you make it clear you want the bank/cc rate, i.e. charge you in HKD, the company will decide, not the shop. the shop rate is disgusting.

Open your eyes I see
Your eyes are open
Wear no disguise for me
Come into the open

When it's cold outside
Am I here in vain?
Hold on to the night
There will be no shame

I doubt van or tainted will want to shoot this cat photo. :bsmilie:
