I'm transiting there and wish to visit other terminals but there's not much information for transit passengers.

Heard much about heathrow before my trip, when I reach there, it really :thumbsd:. If going to transit, go to the terminal asap and wait there.

it is quite a messy place.

how long is your transit?

i have only flown from t2 and 3 i think, but the distance between each terminal can be quite far - if it helps you visualise anything there are 2 underground stations serving the stations. the one that SQ flies from.. terminal 3, that one is definitely quite a distance from the one MAS flies from, which would be terminal 4.

all the terminals' shops are mostly the same, you get slightly different cafes, that's all. if you do have a lot of time you can try walking around.

i haven't transited there before - so not sure if they will do security check again.. did they do security checks again, leong? if got, then if you have less than 3 hours in between, better not walk around and go straight. heathrow is not changi airport, it is very, very, very slow.

Yes, they do have security scanning when I connect from T3 to T1. The passport control really sucks, they give priority to uk and eu passport. We just have to stand there and wait until the custom officer happy before they call you.:angry:
