just like CYRN mention, it's seem like not bad and many people have signed it up. Alternative, if he prefer smaller group then maybe the Objectics at Seah Street.

YOu can teach him yourself too ah! hahahaha

It is quite interesting and maybe get him out of the office abit,,,his sister my other boss...feels he is spedning too much time indoor at the office working. The lens is long but not as fast but at least he gets to aim it about heheh
