looking at all-in-one printer cos my 4-years old printer jammed.
my mother is hinting me to take a look at desktop. (anyway, my 5-years old desktop got problem with the noisy fan and it's DELL > cannot find the correct connector for fan)

if i'm not wrong, my DELL desktop fan is running at full speed.
well, my DELL desktop is pretty quiet, but it's a bit newer than yours.....mebbe the increased noise is due to normal wear and tear.
