He joined us for the gatherings and I must say I quite enjoyed his company and valued the advices he dispensed. :thumbsup:

Digic V arh.... unlikely.... So far digic IV only made its way into the 450,500,50D,5DMKII....

4 cameras..... I think they might use one last time for the 60D then gameover for digic IV....

More AF points is always good, and highly possible.

I dunno much, but I somehow have a feeling, they r gonna do something revolutionary abt the sensor technology..... maybe got <1 crop factor or >2 crop factor....

<1 can use for landscape.

>2 can use for alot of things.... From sports to birding to macro....

The possibilities are endless...

Price tag.... Interesting topic.... Actually the price tag is determinded by u, not Canon. Cost price is high not becoz of the manufacturing process, but the R&D, which in Canon's case is already pre-funded.

They use 10% of their annual revenue to R&D... So, yea, what ever u have paid, u r actually paying a 10% premium to fund future products....

Canon manufacture so many cameras.... Economies of scale... Production cost couldn't be that high... Who knows the 1DsMKII might in fact only take $500 to manufacture....

Canon is playing on how much u people are willing to pay them....

Then I thought these people in KPT nth better to do.... But after chiong tutorial finish liao, then come in see see abit and it slowly but surely became part of my everyday life now...
