i love shooting in the night.. although long exposures when you have to wait for the camera to process the noise can be quite painful.

Don't take salmon if possible... Salmon is not good for sashimi as the meat deteriorates too fast.

Tuna (maguro) is the choice..... next up would be yellowtail and snapper (hamachi and tai)

thts why i love suki sushi buffet cus they include sashimi in their eat-all-you-can menu :bsmilie: .. i go there with friends to spam the sashimis HEHE

but i love salmon leh.... like the taste of salmon sashimi. ichiban ones that i ate last sunday were quite fresh~
