i chew one bone meal tablet daily and swallow with plain water. The i taste fragments of seashell and bones from animals and it taste bad. But it wakes me up with strong bones and i can withstand any fall, bang or knocks. :bsmilie:

So, i feel it is good to start the day right with a bone tablet. i did that when i was very young too. but stopped for some years until recently.
