I think there is really no need. They promise to support XP till 2014. So it is safe to keep to XP lah. I am pretty happy with it. It hardly hang and if it does it is usually something dumb and involve a third party plugin or application. But just do some update and everything is fine again.

Yeah... so waiting and trying NOT to change PCs for now....

and even if I were to change, I'd still use back the XP.

So it does look disgusting enuff... hahaha

Btw, DM, have you gotten to the night pics??

I colour corrected the shot and got this colour.. does yours look as blue??

Sorry for the delay ... coming to think about it, it may have a little too much cyan and green. Remember the amount of algae in the beds, as well as the reflectance of the water? I'm guessing that reflected back up because of the floodlights.

Hmmmmm... I think so too... but well... I customed corrected off the skier's white shirt....

So have to fine tune a lot more for that night shot....

Did a lil change to the WB edit...

better??

Okay there are two reasons:
1. Your screen is dirty
2. Have you had your eyes checked?

1. The pic u posted is too small
2. The figure in the pic is too small

That's slightly better.

Try over-correcting a bit more, then when it starts getting strange, pull back.

Also remember that from different shooting angles, the angle of reflectance affects the color spectrum because water acts like a prism (of sorts).

Yeah... not easy man... :bsmilie:

tat's why it's always better to have a second opinion... esp when our eyes are getting tired

Yes but have you cleaned your screen? Changed the resolution?

I mean working on a resolution of say 2100 x 1800 means you see smaller images. Just cos it says "more" does not mean "more". But less means more.....right?
