Finally got my luggage this morning.
The plane which was coming with my luggage, was delayed, and later than the ETA.
After it arrived, the lady at the counter denied that such a plane arrived.
I asked her twice and she said "no, there was no flight"
My colleague went to ask, and showed her the arrivals board, that a plane had landed.
So she went out the back, and got my bag for me.... finally!
