Actually I m very interested in visiting Nepal n Tibet. Maybe next yr organise a family trip. The only thing I worry is sekali cannot tahan the thin air at such altitudes

Go Tibet lah, fly in or take train in Lhasa, not that high which is below 3500m. Should be quite modern in Lhasa now. My Tibet trip is twelve years ago, and Lhasa was already got a few high rise building.
