Oh, B+W ND 110 = 10 stops,

B+W ND 106 = 6 stops,

Hoya NDx400 = 9 stops.

Anyway, this one the sun already quite high liao.. Plus the thick overcast, so 6 stops seems pretty ok here to achieve what i want.
