Btw, conveyor belt sushi is not good if they are serving anything raw on it...

and from Jiro-san, only asians (actually singaporeans) would choose to eat salmon sashimi. He actually told his staff NEVER to reccomend the salmon to his japanese customers.

This is because salmon is never eaten as sashimi in japan...
