I have no idea what is underneath the surface sand in the water.
got some greasy stuff mix with sand sticking on my boots.
and it smell like the place when i clean it.
must scrub with washing powder.

Could be crude oil... coz each time they "clean" the oil spill, they only break it up on the surface and it kinda settles under sand...
