Sorry, don't know if this is the correct forum.
I just popped a roll of expired film(2002-4? ) into my Canonet. Will I still be able to develop pictures from it?
Depends how it's been stored but you never know, it might be ok. You may find you get unexpected results!!! May also be worth x-processing depending on the type of film you have?
But the outcome depends on how the film has been stored. If the film has been stored frozen, it is unlikely that there will be any effects.
I can't testify for colour stuff but if I remember correctly, colour slides and colour negatives might experience a colour shift.
For B&W film, I have used the old Kodak Techpan 25 (1997) and fuji Neopan 100 (1996). You might lose contrast and gain more grains, either of which is no issue at all
Thanks for the replies. The film is Fujifilm Superia 200. I've read that lomographers sometimes shoot expired film intentionally, so I decided to try it for fun.
