Hi All,
My client is looking for an event photographer to cover their company event on 22nd. Reason I'm not taking as event photography is not my forte thus I'm opening this up to season PGs experienced in this field.
Date : 22nd Dec
Location : Sentosa (Actual location to check with client)
Timing : 1pm to 5pm (Tentative)
Client's email : Viven@pns-asiapacific.com
Requirements :
1. When emailing to client with your service quote please provide links to your portfolio for event photos.
2. As this is a paid shoot client is looking for PGs with past experiences as official event photographers and has experience in handling client's requirement. Dun try to smoke them with those outdoor free event shoots as your portfolio coz they are not interested
3. Deliverables : Return all useable hi-resolution images in soft copy plus an album with 4R prints.
4. Indicate in your Email Subject Header : Service Quote for Event Photographer on 22nd Dec
Addtional notes :
1. Client did not specify the number of 4R prints required so please quote them the quantity and cost based on your own discretion.
2. Client would like to get a quote on a bigger print for their group photo
Please do not PM me as client's email is already provided in the thread so do directly liaise with them.
