Event photographer needed ( 5 hour event)

Morning all,

I'm am searching for an event photographer for a 5 hour (estimated) long award giving ceremony. Photographer will have to shoot the award giving/winners/performance etc. The budget would be around 700 - 1500. This is of course an estimate, ultimately I am looking for quotations, those that have previous experience with bidding via GeBizis a plus.

Below are some details that I require:

Portfolio.
Quotation for services rendered for 5 hours and there after / services offered. (e.g: if you provide photo booth services etc)
Deliverable: Please list down what you can provide (e.g: Printouts, disc with photos etc)
Freelance/Registered business details
