Your sub-conscious is infinitely smart and reflects your truest intentions and heart's wishes.
It is not an accident. You really don't want to be asked to do such a thing again and you have managed to accomplish this.

The pics are still show up in the LCD though they're not recorded. I think this is the reason Google thought everything is normal....

Not about to go too deep into this... but yes, the pic will show up for around 1 or 2 sec if you left the option of capturing the photo even without the memory card. But for those who actually do events, many times they would go back to preview whatever they have taken (even the professionals) or right after they have taken the pics. For 1 or 2 seconds and the photo disappeared forever (since it is not recorded), how in the world would anyone missed that?
