is it true that since there are no more performances on weekdays, the esplanade liulian lights are off on weekdays?

on a similar vein, when do the spotlights of OUB towers come on? i sometimes see it from about 7 pm to 7.30 pm, once on Tuesday, another time on Friday I think, but that was it.
anyone knows? cos I'd like to catch fotos of those buildings with the lights on, but it also tends to overexpose the shots.

the uob towers are lighted up every saturday at around 6:45pm to 7:30pm.

at least from what i remember.
