Dried Persimmons.
These persimmons tasted terrible when they were fresh. However, if you peel off their skin, hang them up to dry in the cold and windy winter, they become really sweet and tasty!

You can easily find the flattened variety from China, but they are not as tasty and al natural as these!

cos when I'm on vacation, I live on a shoe-string *munching on last bit now* hehehe...
actually I still take food shots but when I have to choose one picture to post a day, there are more varied shots than food.
