you can check with the seller directly over ebay, but it looks to be USD35. in addition, packages of value above $400 will be subject to 7% GST when they enter.

similarly, you can check directly with the seller on shipping and handingly charges. you would also need to check what GST / VAT taxes on imports, as well as other misc import / customs charges, in the country to which you are sending the package to, based on a value of USD3k (value of good + s&h fee).
