Got kitchen also cannot cook..

Once someone cooks, the grease/oil will pollute the whole unit.. and even if no one cooks, dust will creep into all the gaps/mechanism...... then things will start to get stuck.. and then when he does spring cleaning............

For smooth operations, the unit needs to be maintained like a cleanroom.. and the energy consumption will go up..

Not "green" at all.

The concept isn't really new, I've seen TV programme featuring Japanese apartments years ago... Where one room can be transformed to another, etc...

But in reality, it is only practical for the young and fit - the older generations will give it a miss... imaging breaking their backs before they can even lie down on the bed... :bsmilie:

One thing for sure, it will force us to stop collecting "junks"... :bsmilie:
