EOS - M3

Google for Tethering, this describes how to shoot remotely. For firmware update please check on Canon website under Service. Usually one has to download the firmware to an empty memory card, insert card into camera, then go to Menu and select Firmware Update. Always do it with fully charged battery.
Thanks you ..

For the support of EOS M3 RAW you will need LR6. But the DNG converter (newest version, I hope?) should do the job without issues.
What is the error message of the converter? Are you reading straight from the card with card reader? Are you reading from camera with USB cable? Have you tried copying the file to your HDD and pick up with converting from there? Are these files really RAW files and not JPG? (Just to be sure.)
To be honest: such rather random problems point to a memory card issue. I hope it's not the case.

I do download the raw files to HDD and as for LR6 is also using the same DNG ver 9 . ( understand from the Adobe list ) but it just can't work for all raw photo . I trying to search for any upgrade ver. online. Wondering is it because of using Window 10 os and it doesn't support the software 100%.

Interesting..... http://www.photographybay.com/2015/...-shift-adapter-that-works-with-every-ef-lens/

As quoted in the article

[UPDATE: As noted in the comments section (thanks Keith), it looks like the utility of this adapter is limited to EOS M cameras or other mirrorless cameras with shorter flange distances than standard EF lenses. Still, it would allow you to use EF lenses on EOS M cameras. And recent rumors suggest that Canon will be cranking up the EOS M system in 2016…]

Guys, since u r aldy buying frm Japan (which means no local warranty), isn't it cheaper to buy it frm Lazada (export set).

I had not purchase anything from Lazada before but the price listed for m3+enf in Lazada is comparable to the price + shipping for Amazon jp.

Any thoughts to share?

I bought mine (EVF suit) from Amazon Japan. Based on my experience Amazon is trustable. You can even get your refund within one month should you are not satisfied. Of course the SingPost postage for mailing back the item to Japan is way too high...

Will the new M3 consider a good upgrade for a M2 user?

The AF is still slow. But to me shooting with manual zeiss ZE lens and focus peaking on a canon APS-C sensor (+EVF) is really a joy. M3 has better grip and sufficient dials and button to bring back the pure joy of photography.

Still in its early stage. Once it reached M43 it will be fast.

I had the same set up but using the old FD lens 28mm f2.8 and 50mm f1.4. I enjoy it . Many told me to change to Fuji or Sony because everything is better but I still stay put. Canon cannot be close their eyes to what HAPPEN TO THE market and make a camera that only they think is good.

Any good suggestion for fisheye lens to pair with EOS-m3?

3D? M3 with cz makro planar 50/1.4
