I did. They said they would pass the query to another department. No news after that. That is how helpful 'asking Canon sg' is. Typical response. Expected actually. Just means it ain't coming.

the sales guy didn't say its not coming. he said do not have the release date.

so i think likely is coming otherwise he would have said not coming to singapore. I hope its coming. They have a trend of reducing the price for older models before the new one comes in. M isnt that old yet but they have reduced the price quite significantly compared to pricing a year ago.

Tempted to ask a friend to mail it from Japan. Pricing is keeping me back though... Apprx SGD$700 for body only. For that price I can buy the Kit II.

Would love to see a GPS tracker on the EOS M3, which I believe might be coming our way in Q3/Q4. Don't quote me though, this is just my guess.

its about 10-12% from shops. ppp is 18%. Save about $40-50.

If you find a shop that give 20% must let me know.
