you have awesome photos!

can i ask you how you captured #56? i noticed that most parts including the background was blurred whilst the central subject person is sharper. did you kind of "pan" the camera on the shot? would be good if you could share with a noob on this...

Thanks GSIGuy. #56 is a flash shot at 1/15 sec so when I panned, the parts lit by natural light becomes motion blurred but the parts lit by the flash remains reasonably sharp. The exposure was taken at -2stops as I wanted to retain the low lighting of the surroundings. I think I used off shoe flash with this one, judging from the shadow caused.

i suppose the shot was planned and not impromptu if you used an off shoe flash? really worth the effort. nice effect!
