The captures are really good but post-processing is overdone. Lucky you shot in raw, can do again. Maybe some tips here - your photos are low contrast (can get a better idea when you convert it to b&w) all shades of greys - not much black. Bump up the contrast some (or a lot). As for the white, probably can tone down on the highlights and glow. Too much highlights makes the photo seems over-exposed. Hard on the eyes.
I think Baggio and Nightmare has mentioned about the unglam armpits - so go easy on unsharp mask and brightness. The best guide is to achieve the original skintone of Elaine, then slowly adjust to taste. Nice composition and framing
