a unique capture of water motion. got the right speed between freezing and clouding. is it a single denominator of a second at a high speed rapids? some water seems to jump up which is suggestive of the speed.... or is there some post processing (which i knew no method to do that) to increase the effect of that motion?

I think it's one shot.
Slow enough to capture the movement while not too slow to loose the details. Looking at the height of the "waves", I guess a speed of around 1/30 sec?

this is shot at 1/10 sec, the water in the river was moving very fast over a gradient. i guess it's difficult to duplicate the effect in post processing
