Oh forgot to say when I called them they say correct price is $1888.

I remember recently at expo, dell had also wrongly priced their alienware and ended with no choice but to give that wrong pricing to the first few customers who arrived demanding for the advertised units.

Does this means that Best Denki have stock for EM-5?

It is an honest mistake, give the company a break.

It is not as if they promise you to sell it to you. Those who studied law will know there is no case for such advertisement where there is no guarantee. Your life is not going to end just because they put a wrong advertisement.

Get a life.

Best Denki should honour it whether a mistake or not. Before advertisements are shown they should have proofread it before it goes on prints or any other media, they must make sure it's correct. Someone should be liable in this mistake. Stupidity is not an excuse.

Something caught my attention here... "EXR CMOS sensor" ?? Seriously? FUJI sensor?
I wonder if there will be another 'Corrigendum' to this that they have published regarding the sensor spec... haha...

Maybe that breadfeeder has already been fired... we know it can't be $868, that's why I didn't bother to go there this morning...

When it's too good to be true, IT"S NOT TRUE!!!

This time might be a typo error but most of the time it is a gimmick by the megastore... A lot of time we are caught by the mega store on their ad such as "limited set offer per store" but when you reach the store as the first customer, they tell you excuse like "sorry this offer is not at this store" or even "sold out" when the ad only appears that very day...worst, some saleperson don't even know about their advertised offer because their marketing department just anyhow humptam whatever they think will attracts customer to go their shop.... I ever see customer quarrelling with the salesperson outside Cork Superstore early in the morning over such issue...

Trust their ad and rush for the offer...? Not for me.. I rather spend more time calling and check the cheapest normal price instead..

I had been a "victim" of this kind of advertisement before. Went there and was sure I was the earliest but told it was sold out! Was quite annoyed. Never believe if the price is ridiculously low now. I think this uproar here is justifiable so that the advertisers will know they can't take us for a ride as the MRT trains also break down too often.

Morally they should according to you. But if you get them to honour it via legal method (eg court grant you the right), then I salute you.

I would not be stupid enough to make them sell. In the end there will be people who will be axed. Imagine you are the joker who made that mistake. How panicking you will be over your job.
