Just to warn you in case you are thinking of buying the same.

I bought this original software from a shop in Sim Lim Square.
Tried it and it stopped midway while copying a DVD that I bought.
Was making a backup.
There was ZERO documentation. Really. ZERO documentation.

Then somehow it screwed up my graphics accelerator and graphic drivers.

Leading to crashes and failure upon boot up or just total blank of screen.

After much trial and error I used my original ATI CD that came with my PC purchase, as my graphic card was an ATI card, and installed back the damaged Graphic driver in my PC hardisk.

After that, so far so good.

If you have the same problem, remember to install only the driver and not the ATI control centre or the .NET; if your PC is not on a network, it will hang on booting up because the PC is looking for a Network that is not existing.

I checked the Internet typing in "DVDXcopy" and "problem".

Got a big list of issues , problems, crashes, etc....experienced by others who used this software.

Of course I threw the original DVDXCOPY software into the refuse chute.

Lesson learnt.

Just google and review before we buy. There's a hell lot of info and reviews of software out there. People do it for camera bodies and lenses, why not software?

Think it was $79, a Christmas sale price. Otherwise I think it may be about $140.
downlaod.com only US$39.95, yes, should always read review and run the trial verson first. thanks for sharing.

Wonder why people still pay for such "applications" when there are freeware out there that does the same thing
