Dust in lens.

Is it normal to realize that there is a very small speck of dust (but visible) INSIDE the lens...?
How come it's there...? Is it because of improper lens cleaning...?

it's not normal. how sure are you that it's a dust?
you can goto the service center have it checked. but if it doesn't affect your image then there's no need worry about it.
