#12 After the Storm

Yesterday's unexpectedly good sunset despite the rain before it. Pardon the poor composition though.. :bsmilie: Didn't visualise the pano before taking it ;p

This #14 is great! A+

Hi Dura77,

I am in doubt... How do you actually take these awesome photos; they are magnificent!
I do not know why the photos I take are not as sharp and clear. Is it because of the settings, or other things?

An example will be like the bottom photo

Decided to try my hand in some fine art B&W after the not so spectacular sunrise yesterday. Couldn't really find many tutorials on how to do this... Not quite there yet, but hope the pros here can give some tips on how to do it better :)

P.S. Apparently the banding seems quite bad on my phone :(

Hi Yang Chin, actually is not bad...Im not a pro but what I like is the bottom half of this image with nice light and shadow on it.. I think I've seen some tutorials in you tube which will give some general ideas on workflow...

Thanks for the tips! Really appreciate it! I had more problems with the upper part of the tower... Not quite sure what to do as when I try using curves, it gives the kind of look like trying to recover clipped highlights, making it look quite unnatural. Will look around for more tutorials. Thanks! Also have been following your work! Pro-like quality!:thumbsup:

#18 Let the Games Begin!

Should have done a 2 row pano :(

Haha yup! Thought you looked familiar but couldn't be sure. :) The other person with you was technica? Looks like you guys were at the 20th floor? Nice! :)

#19 The Morning Star

Been almost a month since I last took out my tripod ;p The Orton effect doesn't seem to work well with cityscapes... Or maybe I'm not doing it right :bsmilie:
