thank you for all the welcomes! this is by far the friendliest forum i have ever visited!

I understand that D90 and 550D are both great cameras but at the same time, I was also considering the possibility of a 600D and an upgrade for D90, since there were rumours about 600D since April 2010 (I googled about it) and D90 was released roughly a year ago, making it due for an upgrade as my friend said Nikon/Canon will always release an upgrade roughly a year after the launch of a DSLR.

I'm gonna say the D90. HAHA. i'm just more inclined towards Nikon. but then again, do remember that the camera's a tool to get great photos. it's how you use it.
