Yes !! For Digicabi a 30L cost $88 . As for Ampro it cost $105 . I just bought
it last sunday . Better then Digicabi in term of colour and build . Just my 1.5
cent info .

Digi-cabi's dehumidifying unit is very effective and running cool too. It also comes with a digital hygrometer cum temperature gauge. 5 years warranty and made in singapore.

One bad thing about digital meter is that u hv to change battery periodically. :dunno:
My AmPro comes with a highly inaccurate analog meter and it is not cheap either. :nono:

:bigeyes: thinking want to get the DigiCabi 30 litres. Did call them but the selling price is S$148 same as Courts?? But AP is selling much cheaper but no stock at the moment.


Anyone can advise what kind of battery that the digicabi is using? how long it will last for the new battert? AmPro not bad but can't find a shop is selling cheaper than the digicabi! can advise the location?

Pls take note, there is a difference between buying a Digicabi 30L and an Olympus Cabi though both are identical. Digicabis come with 5 years warranty (warranty card) and Olympus only 1 year (receipt as proof). At $70, it can only be Olympus. :nono:

I just bought one 30L Digi-Cabi at S$70 from AP yesterday, but there are some point you need to take note:

1. They sell both Digi-Cabi and Olympus at S$70
2. The staff will claims both come with 1 year warranty only. However I've get Peter in AP double checked from the warranty card, it's 5 years warranty.
3. AP doesn't give the warranty card for Digi-Cabi and said it's based on receipt. I've called Digihub today and they said AP is their dealer so receipt is still ok but warranty card is better, and they are willing to send it to you if you drop them an email at digihub@singnet.com.sg

I also bot the 30L one from AP yesterday. quite pissed off when i asked abt the warranty & was given some crap explanation.

I got them to refund me for a lens i bot coz they couldn't give me the warranty card.

Alan from Digihub said the receipt *is still fine* for 5 yrs warranty, however I can sense there is some uncertainty, so better get one from them.

I myself never ever like AP service, thus I only buy from them if the thing is really so much cheaper and I can get the proper warranty for the product. Otherwise, I would rather spend a little bit more for better service elsewhere.

really? i bot 3 for the 30l from AP on last Saturday. Didn't know abt the 5 years warranty. Tot only 1 year as i did ask AP on that day before i make payment. ;(

So, we have to write in to Digihub to get the original warranty card? Could somebody here show us how does the original 5 yrs warranty card look like what? :bigeyes: Thks in advance!!

That's what I almost did too and I'm glad that I decided to check out at AP 1st.

I think the best is go down AP and take a look as well as call up digihub to check out the warranty issue yourself.

I've once seen the warranty card in AP while Peter checking on it, the warranty period has the option of 1/2/3/4/5 with 1-4 striped off, but pls take note that the warranty for the LCD itself is only 1 year which has been stated on the card.
