dry box?

thinking of changing to 50L or so dry cabinet too, if anyone of you upgrades and have spare, pm me~ gam xia

bought a dry box from challenger in the end, due to living space constraints. perhaps when I have more room space (and lens), I will upgrade to a dry cabinet. :) Thanks for all the inputs!

A drycabinet is far more convenient to open/close than those cheap airtight container, and it won't cost more than 100 for a smaller one. The best investment for anyone who likes to keep his/her photo gear clean and dry for long.

Daiso at vivocity have....

only $2.

Those who have 80l and above sell to 50l then 50l sell to 30l then the 30l sell to dry box then all can upgrade together :) lol

No point downgrading and leaving the lenses to the elements. Buy bigger to standby for future Pentax poison

I am putting my kx in a challenger $30+ dry box with hydrometer.
At first I use silicon but it only last for about 1 week and the humidity will be more than 60%. Now I am using those daiso moist removal refill pack. More than 3 weeks already and the humidity is still less than 50%.
Cheap and good solution for those who doesn't want to invest too much

sorry to hijack thread..

got a dry cabinet free from my friend but it doesn't seem to work anymore..should the red light behind be on all the time or off when it reaches the correct setting?

any good place to buy dry cabinet?
